CCB to Begin Offering Computer-Based TestingBACK 6/15/2010 - Connecticut Certification Board CCB to Begin Offering Computer-Based TestingJune 15, 2010 Wallingford, CT - The CCB will begin offering computer-based testing (CBT) as an option for all CCB exams in September, 2010. The new CBT options to be offered will include all IC&RC exams (CAC, CCS, CPP and CCDP/CCDP-D) as well as the CCB MATS - Medication Assisted Treatment Specialist exam. The eligibility requirements for testing will remain the same. However, candidates will now have the option of taking IC&RC exams either by paper & pencil administration at the CCB offices or they will be able to elect to schedule a CBT session at one of the approved testing locations in Connecticut and beyond. The CCB MATS exam will be available only as a CBT option and offered on a continual basis for all eligible candidates. Computer-based testing has several advantages:
